The Annual Services Outboards include the following:
- Checked over engine and performed compression and spark check.
- Replaced all spark plugs and checked resistance on spark plug boots.
- Replaced all fuel filters including, engine filter, medium pressure filter and spin on water separating fuel filter.
- Replaced oil filter in remote oil tank and toped off with Yamalube TCW3.
- Checked and calibrated throttle position sensor and synchronized throttle plates.
- Checked O2 sensor heater coil and out put voltage for how quick it responds to rich/lean fuel conditions.
- Changed high pressure fuel pump oil and inspected drive belt.
- Removed lower unit, installed water pump repair kit, changed gear lube and greased prop shaft. Installed lower unit and test ran engine.
- Checked shift adjustment, water flow and engine temperature.
- Ran diagnostics on computer and printed download.
